Tha law office of Christopher Whelton was the key factor in the blessed outcome of our legal cases. Attorney Whelton really knows the law and goes to the extent of the law to meet the needs of his client and their families as well, because no defendant goes through these issues alone. Our family more than recommends Mr. Whelton as a man you can trust and rely on. He was an answer to our prayers as he avoided the mandatory state prison sentence required for my charges! An amazing attorney!!

Chris Whelton is a consumate professional who achieved a result for my case that was successful beyond my wildest hopes. Getting arrested was probably not the smartest thing I`ve ever done, but retaining Chris was. Having him go to bat for me in a positive, proactive manner was the perfect antidote to the stress of being a first-time offender running with every worst-case scenario imaginable! He is a gentleman and a credit to his profession and I could not have made a better choice of an attorney or hoped for a more agreeable outcome.

Atty Whelton represented my 18 year old son who was facing 4 drug related felonies (no priors). Chris negotiated a plea for my son to 1 felony & 1 misdemeanor, no jail time, 30 days CWS & 3 years felony probation. After 18 months the felony drops to a misdemeanor and 18 months after that, his record can be wiped clean if he stays clean & sober & out of trouble. Chris Whelton was able to help my son get a second chance in life with a clean slate. He was calm, respectul and straightforward and we and our son really appreciated everything he did. He explained the entire process so that we all could understand it, and since we had never been through such an experience before that was also much appreciated. Very professional.

I First retained Christopher in 2004 on a DMV matter which, with his help, was quickly and efficiently resolved. In 2008 when I found myself again needing counsel I turned to Chris again. Facing a serious felony charge things looked pretty hopeless. Chris took charge, explained my options and likely result and went to work. After a long 10 months I have my job my home and my life back, just as he said I would. I hope that I never need legal counsel again but if I do I know where to turn.

At the most difficult time in my life, I found an advocate. I would have never thought that by painstakingly reading each piece of “jail mail” I received, I would find comfort in a stranger and one that I would have the confidence to entrust my very freedom. Mr. Whelton was direct, honest and wasted no time in giving me the good, the bad, and the ugly of my case. He reassured me that I could ask the same questions over and over, and he would continue to answer them. He prepared me for what was to come. He answered my phone calls, text messages and guided me through the arduous process of the legal system. He stood beside me all the way; from my arraignment, through the negotiating phase, and finally when we reached a settlement. I can’t say that things would have gone as well as they did if I didn’t have a competent lawyer on my side. I learned some valuable lessons, and the one I’ll never regret was retaining Mr. Whelton.
