I recommend Michael Geller

I hired Michael 1-3 years ago.

Michael handled my Business matter.

I have previously worked with 6-10 lawyers.

Mr. Geller is a very experienced, seasoned attorney. He is a rare find since he combines experience in business, litigation, and appeals. Unlike any attorney stereotypes, Mr. Geller is always looking to save his clients money and analyzing the costs and benefits of continuing litigation. He is very responsive to his clients’ requests and often makes you feel that he is solely working on your case. He is responsible to deadlines and is consistently ahead of the game in terms of filings and case strategies. I highly recommend Mr. Geller for any case, regardless of its complexity, sensitivity, or urgency.

I do not recommend Michael Geller

I hired Michael 1-3 years ago.

Michael handled my Fraud matter.

I retained Mr. Geller in September 2013 after a vehicle I purchased with all cash, immediately began to have mechanical issues. Although he was very aggressive in the early stages of communicating with the dealership from which I purchased my car (IE which included the demand letter listing several violations of the Legal Consumers Remedies Act, the Song-Beverly Warranty Act, the failure to deliver the vehicle upon signing of the contract, the failure to post the Buyer's Guide as required by the FTC, and the vehicle lacking "merchantability" at the time of sale,) he for some reason became unwilling to follow through with even one of the demands he included in his own, demand letter. I had a title loan on the car and when it was agreed the dealership would do a "buyback," Mr. Geller insisted I completely sign my vehicle over (to the same dealership who defrauded me in the first place,) PRIOR TO, getting my money refunded in full. I was told the title loan company required I sign paperwork giving my permission for the dealership to pay off the title loan, when in fact I found out after the fact, that paperwork was for the transfer of ownership of my vehicle. The dealership was admitting no wrongdoing as it was, they had possession of my car due to the fact they requested their own estimate of the damages (which totaled $9,000,) I had to demand I be provided with a loaner car on my own because Mr. Geller wouldn't do it for me, he refused to ask that I be paid with a cashiers check, and now, I've discovered a signed copy of the Buyers Guide, included in my file which was mailed to me, by him, after he withdrew from my case (which was prior to getting my money returned.) A signed xeroxed copy has been added to my file despite despite, my having both original copies. Neither, of which, contain my signature. I never received or saw the Buyer's Guide yet, somehow my own attorney wound up with a xeroxed signed copy of it? This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to this shameful individualy. I could go even further into derail, but, there are far too many things wrong with the way my case was handled or mishandled, I should say. And because he failed to fulfill his obligation to me as far as, rectifying the situation and representing me to the best of his ability (I've yet to receive the balance due to me,) I've decided to report this entire debacle (IMHO) to the State Bar. It's true, I may have failed to Google my own attorney until it was too late, but, once I did, the results were shocking. And I'm not referring to biased opinions from individuals with a potential, ax to grind. I'm referring to information learned through public records available for viewing by, Riverside County Superior Court. I cannot stress enough how big of a mistake it would be, for any victim of any type of consumer fraud, to be represented by Mr. Geller. Please, do your research beforehand, to ensure you and your case are in, good hands. In my honest opinion, Mr. Geller has only one persons best interest at heart...HIS. As much as, I would like to disclose absolutely, everything regarding his highly unprofessional and potentially highly unethical behavior, I won't.

I recommend Michael Geller

I hired Michael more than 3 years ago.

Michael handled my Contracts / Agreements matter.

I have previously worked with 6-10 lawyers.

I HAD A COMPLEX AUTO TITLE CASE. I HAD SPENT 2.5 YEARS AND GOT NO WHERE. I WENT TO ATTORNEY GELLER AND IT HAS BEEN RESOLVE IN SHORT ORDER. I FEEL HE HAS A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW AND IS ABLE TO RELATE ON AN HONEST BASIS. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY AND HAS SHOWN INTEGRITY TO ME IN ALL ASPECTS. HE HAS TRIAL EXPERIENCE AND ALSO TEACHES COMPLES CIVIL LITIGATION AT A LAW SCHOOL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS. HE WILL ASSESS YOUR CASE AND DETERMINE REALISTIC OUTCOMES. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH AN ATTORNEY IS THAT THEY SEEM TO FOCUS ON THE MONEY INSTEAD OF THE PERSON. I DID NOT FEEL ATTORNEY GELLER WAS ONE BIT GREEDY. HIS OFFICE STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HE IS PERFECT FOR COMPLEX ISSUES.
