I was arrested for a DUI in Big Bear in January. I was pulled over for a fix it ticket and taken to jail for a DUI with no previous record. To be honest I was incredibly scared. Not only was Brooke very understanding and immediately ready to defend me. But her knowledge and overall presence was very calming and reassuring. I was hoping for maybe a wet wreckless. Praying for a dry wreckless. But that wasn't enough for Brooke. She got my DUI dismissed!! No record. No AA classes. No community service. Incredible!! My DUI was reduced to a simple no seat belt ticket! I'm a Nevada resident. And never had to do anything but keep in contact with Brooke. I highly recommend her. She's absolutely affordable. Mrs. Elia is a great attorney. I never had to deal with an attorney before and I was really surprised with my experience. You hear horror stories about how attorneys lie and don't really care about the client. Mrs. Elia made me feel that I was her only client and she would work really hard on my behave. Do not make the mistake as many people do in judging her by how young she looks. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. Wow, were do I start. From the start she amazed me. Back in July 2012 I got pulled over for DUI. I never gotten in trouble with the law in my life so I was scared and did not know what to do. I contacted Mrs Brooke via a postcard I received in the mail. She asked me when I was arrested, then asked if I placed a stay on my license. Which I didn't cause of course I didn't know my rights or what to do period. She explained we have 10 days after the arresting day to file a stay with the DMV so they can hold the suspension of my drivers license. At that point I was panicking as I have a job and didn't want to lose my driving privileges. I asked if she would file a stay with the DMV on our behalf. Mind you we haven't talked about attorney rates. But once we did she has reasonable rates and is flexible with payments. This was around 4 pm when we initially contacted her. And she got on the phone and faxed the information to DMV stat. From day one she has shown us compassion, dedication and commitment. She took time and explained us the process and what we are to expect from both the DMV and Criminal hearings. Mrs Brooke from day one has communicated everything in great detail. Always returned our calls in a timely manner. She and her staff were a delight and the office was family friendly. The case took about 7 months and she made all the court hearings on my behalf. I saw dedication and perseverance that I didn't expect from an attorney. I am very satisfied with the outcome and I will definitely recommend her to my family and friends. We are thankful that God placed her in our path.

Brooke Elia was incredibly helpful throughout this unfortunate process. She made it very easy on me with her knowledge and helpfulness. Brooke truly fought for me. Although it was my second offense, she was able to get the judge to sign off on the first offense plea documents, which was absolutely crucial considering I would have had to have the SCRAM device (alcohol monitor) for three months, license suspended for a lot longer, and more community service among other things; ultimately saving me tons of money and time.
