Went through 3 years of hell that could have been avoided. Mark puts on a good show and so does his staff. Be careful, I almost committed suicide due to his negligence. I went through a very rough patch being accused of rape - pretty scary stuff. I have never been arrested before and this was a complete mis- understanding that required me to hire another attorney to straighten out for me as Mark couldn't or wouldn't handle...to this day I'm not sure which. I had spent so much money with Mark that in order to be able to hire another attorney I had to borrow over $30,000.00. This is surely an experience I will NEVER forget. Please do your due diligence and research.

Mr. McDonald was hired for my preliminary hearing at a charge of $7,500.00 This was a complete waste of money. I would have fared better with the public defender. I was forewarned by another attorney that it is a waste of money to hire an attorney for just the preliminary hearing, he told me to hire an attorney for the actual trial if it becomes one - I should have listened.
Between my bail and Mr. McDonald's fee this was a waste of most of my savings! I was completely innocent of all charges and the case was eventually dismissed ONLY after hiring another attorney and spending more than a year of my life in the court system. It was a one year long nightmare I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Mr. McDonald seems to make a fast buck by doing these prelim's for a fee and never needs to go to trial unless you pay him more, in my case he wanted $25,000.00 more! He's good at convincing you that the prelim fee is all you'll need as he is sure it won't go to trial.

Although my experience was relatively a minor rollup up of a previous matter, Mark provided excellent results. His staff took every one of my calls, and even after the matter was settled and paid, they answered a followup question months after.

Mark is an excellent Attorney. He and his staff were the best from the minute I walked into their office and continued to be the best throughout my case. They are honest and treated me with respect and dignity and made my experience so much easier. I would recommend Mr. MCDonald to anybody without a doubt. I don't have a negative thing to say, they were great.

He keep us informed of the process every step of the way. He not only knows the law, he has a practical way of viewing things also. His staff was kind and supportive. In addition, Mark keep us from making a serious mistake that saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. I highly recommend him.

Upon first contacting Noelia (back in 2010), I was very pleased with how helpful Noelia, Denise and Mark...were to me in taking my DUI case. They were very honest, respectable and supporting through the whole incident. Even when they aren't in the office, they answer cell phone calls and email on their personal time...which I think is amazing. I moved out of state and had to contact them for help regarding my DUI and they were able to take care of everything for a very reasonable price. Since then, I have used their services for a few misc things and I wouldn't ever go to anyone else. They are simply the best.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr.Mcdonald and his staff. I kept constant communication with his paralegal Denise and she was amazing. Kept me informed of everything and made sure i was at ease. I would highly recommend Mark Mcdonald to represent you.

I was falsely accused of kidnapping. Mark charged me $6,000.00 to go to prelim and convinced me that he was sure once he went through the prelim with me that it would not go to trial. Mr. McDonald was very weak in examining the witness that was accusing me and it went to trial and he promised me if it went to trial he would charge me $15,000. instead he wanted $20,000. This case should have never went to trial and I know that Mr. McDonald did nothing to prevent this. He even presented incorrect timelines to the District Attorney. I ended up hiring another attorney that was shocked at the handling of the case by Mr. McDonald once he read the prelim transcripts. It is now my view that one should never hire an attorney just to handle the prelim. After TWO years of misery and going back and forth to court every 3 weeks during those 2 years, the case was DISMISSED.

I was arrested on a first time DUI offense and because of the kind of professional position I am in I could not afford this conviction on my record. Mark advised me to take the case to trial and I was acquitted. Any other result would have been devastating to me personally and professionally. I can't thank Mark enough for his expertise and guidance.

I had an unfortunate thing happen to me in san Bernardino. After receiving a misdemeanor I hired mark to handle my case. He was compassionate and professional. He represented me in a honorable way. I didnt even have to show up to court which was a relief because I have no more desires to ever visit san bernardino again after what happened to me.
