As a DUI Defense Attorney, I know what kind of effect criminal prosecutions can have, not just on the Defendant, but on the Defendant's family as well. Making things worse, I know its difficult to find an attorney you can trust, especially one who is bilingual. Because of this, I went to law school with one goal in mind – to provide quality, honest, legal representation to California residents who need it. I became an attorney to help those who need legal representation because they have been accused of DUI in the state of California. I know it isn't always easy to find a local, experienced, bilingual, DUI defense attorney. I believe in high quality representation, personalized to meet the specific needs of each Client and case. You can trust that my office will always put forth its very best efforts on your behalf.
After graduating from high school in Northern California, where I was involved in numerous activities like football, basketball, band and FFA, and participating in various volunteer activities at the local community hospital, I attended and graduated from the University of Redlands, in Redlands, California. While a student at the University of Redlands, I majored in Philosophy and Psychology, while also minoring in Communicative Disorders.
After graduating from the University of Redlands with a Bachelor of Arts degree, I enrolled at the University of La Verne, College of Law, to obtain my law degree and follow my passion for the law. While earning my law degree (Juris Doctor), I served as the President of the law school's chapter of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA). I was also fortunate enough to have had the privilege of working with the Justice and Immigration Clinic on campus which provided free legal representation to those in immediate danger of being deported or removed from this country.
Because of the wide variety of experiences and knowledge that I have been fortunate enough to be exposed to, I believe I am very understanding of people and try to provide a comfortable atmosphere with my clients that will help contribute to the betterment of the Attorney-Client relationship. Only by nurturing that relationship and ensuring a certain level of trust and professionalism between my firm and you, the client, can we fully understand your needs professionally, personally, and emotionally, as they relate to the defense of your rights & driving privilege.
If you're looking for a knowledgeable and experienced DUI defense attorney, I would like to invite you to speak with me about your case. Your consultation with us can be done by phone, or in-person and will allow us to discuss your case and for us to answer any questions you have about potential consequences or the Court/DMV process as a whole. My firm strongly believes the Attorney-Client relationship is best served when Attorney and Client are comfortable with each and both can speak openly and honestly about the case details, representation, and direction of the case. I also believe that an informal consultation with the Client, when appropriate and possible, is the best way for my clients to get to know me, personally, in order to help foster that relationship.
