They generally want your social security number to see what comes up as far as other injuries you've had and past settlements you received. There may be other reasons as well. Generally, clients give it to the insurance company that asks for it.

You should speak with an insurance lawyer in your area to review the documentation you relied upon and to try to get you a refund. Unfortunately, that may cost as much or more than your refund. Good luck.

    R.’s Answer

While a photographer generally owns the photos that they take, to use private photos of this kind and in this way would appear to be an invasion of your privacy. Speak to a privacy law attorney in your area for a consultation. A cease and desist letter from an attorney should stop this.

    R.’s Answer

  • I hit a deer ; Geico is taking me to court to prove I hit a vehicle.

We were coming home;around 8 30 pm 12/14 a deer jumped in front of us.I hit it--he came from the right side of the road--landed on the left;them ran behind our truck into the right!

    R.’s Answer

I'm confused too. Whatever is the case here, speak to an experienced personal injury lawyer in your area to handle this for you if you were injured or if your insurance isn't Geico, and if you weren't injured and your insurance company isn't Geico, turn this over to your insurance company.

    R.’s Answer

You should contact an experienced personal injury lawyer in your area to pursue the party at fault for the accident. As for the air bags, they can cause injuries if they do deploy, but in this case it sounds like they might have lessened your injuries. Better talk to a lawyer who handles air bag cases as well.
