    Breach of contract case involving an agreement to collect and process recyclable materials. Plaintiff agreed to receive and process defendant's recyclable materials for a fee and give the processed recyclables to defendant to sell. We represented the defendant who filed a cross-complaint for conversion because the plaintiff kept the processing fees, and the recyclable materials, and the money from the sale of the recyclable materials. After two days of trial, the case settled with plaintiff paying the defendant a confidential sum of money.
