We used Jenny to prepare estate planning for a parent, and she came up with a quick plan to protect an asset. She drafted a quit claim deed and a death of joint tenant. When an unhappy sibling found out, there was accusations of stealing the house. When detectives asked Jenny Doling if she drafted the documents, she denied that she did. Being held on a million dollar bail, and in jail for 11 days, we hired the best attorney in San Diego. The one million dollar cased was thrown out, because we could prove Jenny supplied the documents. We later sued Jenny for malpractice and won a large out of court settlement. We were instructed to not go to any media or news papers, but we feel everyone should know what Jenny did. The case we filed was MCV 06893 in San Bernardino, and the settlement case was, ADRS 07-0266. The case was settled by Lawyers Mutual in Burbank Ca, represented by Ault, Schonfeld, Jordan, and Monro. We tried to get the BAR involved and the Attorney General, but it is hard to get an attorney disciplined.
Jenny helped my husband and me. She was so kind and easy to work with. We would have been on the street if it wasn't for her. I recently saw her at Costco. She is just as humble as ever. I was choked up talking to her because she really did make a huge difference in our lives. We would have lost our home if she didn't help us. I know it's what we hired her to do, but her kindness and understanding really makes a difference in how you feel. Her staff is also great. I can't imagine not having a good experience here. I have referred many people to her and I always hear the same thing, they felt the same way I did.
Jenny and her staff were so poor at responding to my questions I had to get a refund.
We had no idea what to do when our house was about to foreclose, but we were referred to Jenny by several friends and finally got up the nerve to meet with her. We were so embarrassed and felt like failures, but she was so kind and put us at ease. We didn't want to take her initial advice to surrender our home, so she worked out a plan to allow us to keep the house, but after a year, we realized she was right and told her so. It wasn't a problem, once again, she made us feel very comfortable a worked out a new plan for us. We have to say she know what she is talking about. Not only did we get rid of our debt and our upside-down house, we have since been able to purchase a new house! We actually got a newer house and pay half the mortgage payment we were paying before. We are so much better off now. Her office staff was so nice, we brought them lunch, from our grateful family to theirs. We will always be appreciative.
Jenny is professional, extremely knowledgable, kind and courteous.
The information she provided helped me in my decisions relating to the foreclosure/short sale of my home and gave detailed information regarding my options between Ch. 13 and Ch. 7. This woman knows her stuff!
Her staff is also courteous and helpful. Overall, they make you feel at ease and comfortable in an uncomfortable and stressful situation.
We had the best experience with this attorney and her staff. They made everything so very easy for us. If you provide your documents to them, I don't see how you could have any trouble. They called us, they walked us through everything and it was clear she was respected by the judge when we went to our hearing, because the judge was friendly with her and thanked her for getting her information to her on time, unlike other attorneys there.
Once she takes your money, she has nothing to do with you
