Patrick is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law with experience in personal injury, labor & employment and education law matters.
During law school, Patrick participated extensively in USD's Special Education Legal Clinic, where he negotiated with school districts to obtain special education services for their children with special needs. Prior to graduating law school, Patrick also worked forthe well-regarded plaintiffs' law firm Greene, Broillet & Wheeler, which U.S. News Magazine recently ranked among the top 100 law firms in the country.
Subsequent to his bar admission and before joining Phillips & Associates, Patrick worked as an associate attorney at a law firm in downtown San Diego. His areas of practice consisted primarily of labor & employment law, education law, and the defense of public entities. More specifically, Patrick represented school districts and community colleges across the state of California in a wide range of matters including premesis liability, wage and hour disputes, sexual harassment, and the drafting of employment contracts.
Patrick is currently an associate attorney at Phillips & Associates, where he practices personal injury, criminal defense, labor & employment, and education law.
