I had a great experience with the Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider. Attorney Christine Sickler’s knowledge of case law is unparalleled. My divorce was very contentious and difficult for several reasons. First, my former wife had unrealistic expectations as to the value of our assets and made unreasonable demands. She hired an attorney that was not knowledgeable in family law and practices outside of San Diego. Given Ms. Sickler’s expertise in family law coupled with her knowledge of business valuation and tax issues, we were able to accomplish a settlement beyond my expectations. In addition, her paralegal Anita was always available to answer questions and kept me informed as to the status of my case which alleviated my stress during the divorce process.
I can not say enough about the professionalism and intelligence of Christine Sickler. She was able to handle the very complex issues of my case as well as the difficult personality of my husband. I recommend her without hesitation.
My experience hiring the Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider to settle my divorce far exceeded my expectations. Beatrice is a master strategist, and her excellent team implemented her plan of action with great expertise. Attorney Christine Sickler and paralegal Anita McCloud were really impressive; professional, insightful and wonderfully responsive. They adeptly educated and guided me through the legal process, answering every question and concern quickly. They also made me feel that they truly cared about me, and achieving the best possible result for my case.
I am more than pleased with the outcome of my lawsuit, and have much gratitude for the smart, savvy and committed people of Snider Law. I would indeed recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated "A" team.
I am in the fight of my life. I am strengthened by having Ms. Christine Sickler and her experienced staff fearlessly working on my behalf. Ms. Sickler is well versed in divorce law. I look forward to her knowledge and expertise leading the way to a very positive outcome of me.
Ms. Sickler is currently representing my mother in a very acrimonious divorce proceeding. During the course of this case, Ms. Sickler and her team (Law Offices of Beatrice L. Snider, APC) have treated my mother with respect, have kept constant communication with developments in the case, and continue to fight in hopes of achieving the best possible outcome. It has been a relief to me to have my mother represented by honest, caring, and knowledgeable people that just so happen to be attorneys. I respect and appreciate the work of Ms.Sickler and the firm very much. Regardless of outcome, I tip my hat off to you Ms. Sickler…thank you very much for all you are doing.
Christine Sickler literally saved my life during my divorce. She helped me strategize my escape from an abusive husband, got a restraining order against him and successfully fought for me in court. I felt that I was her top priority throughout the entire process. I am now financially secure and physically safe due to her strenuous actions on my behalf. Christine, thank you so much!
After reading the prior 2 client reviews, I see that Ms. Sickler has not changed her ways. I too was a client of Ms. Sickler's in a divorce............. long term (25 years) marriage and multi-million dollar commnity asset divorce. We had only $100.00 in our pocket when we first were married and worked and saved to achieve our goals. At times, I wondered whose side she was representing. Discovery was a joke - non-existent. At court hearings - all I heard was this "little girl" voice coming from Ms. Sickler. Laughable. How could anyone take her seriously? The judge and the other attorneys did not.....Christine never challenged and would agree to everything the other attorneys wanted. Beause of the legal "click" in San Diego, finding an attorney who is not afraid of the judges and for looking too aggressive to their peers, was very diffiult. Because my husband had complete control over the community assets (millions of dollars) and also had "connections"........there was no equal distribution of the community property. There was "Drive By" appraisals of his corporations. and my request for discovery of the hidden bank and brokerage accounts I had discovered, were declared to be "fishing trips" and Ms. Sickler did nothing to advocate for me. What money I received in the divorce settlement ended up being paid to attorneys. Now that the divorce is over, I have seen my ex bring all his wealth up to the surface. Be forewarned about Ms. Sickler.
Christine Sickler came highly recommended and is know for being extremely knowledgable in Family Law. I fired Ms. Sickler when she refused to conduct simple discovery requests relating to my husband's businesses. It became clear she doing everything in her power to suppress evidence from her client, the courts and the tax authorities. I am taking this attorney to the State Bar and I would advise anyone who has a complaint to go to the local Law Library and get informed of your rights. The consumer has rights and the justice system is supposed to protect injustice.
My ex wife has a recent history of mental health issues (including psychiatric hospitalizations). I'm a PhD student, gainfully employed and have had full custody of our son until I hired Christine. She submitted declarations with no exhibits (although I have plenty), told me I didn't need to show up in court (I live out of state) but doing so actually angered judge...and on and on. Now, my son's mother, with a very recent history of drug abuse and severe mental illness- who has also been MIA since 4/10- has shared custody. Worst attorney ever. Then her papalegal- Anita- says it's my fauly and that I should "suck it up." BTW- I paid her office $280/hr for this top-notch service. I've already contacted the San Diego Bar.
