Raymond Young Ryan

About me

I am a personal injury and legal malpractice trial lawyer who has tried over 30 jury trials and won almost 80% of my trials and have recovered money on over 99% of cases I have worked on. It is very rare for a 40 year old lawyer to have tried and won so many cases. Many attorneys say they are trial lawyers but they are actually settlement lawyers who bully clients into accepting less than full value of the case. You can find them on the first page of Google as they have enormous overhead to pay for advertising campaigns. I also handle your case personally from start to finish. Your case will not be handled by a paralegal or junior associate if you are my client. You will also have direct access to me 24/7 as I only maintain a small number of hand selected cases.

Most of my cases these days are significant injuries or wrongful death cases arising from serious highway collisions or catastrophic personal injuries. I am very familiar with brain injuries and injuries requiring orthopedic surgery. I work with only the best doctors in San Diego and can match clients with doctors when needed. I handle cases on a contingency fee basis and front all costs for my personal injury clients. I only represent consumers and plaintiffs.

The legal profession is complex and lawyers often make mistakes. There are only a few lawyers in town who are willing and able to sue negligent lawyers for legal malpractice. I work with Dan Stanford at Stanford & Associates on such claims. Dan Stanford has been prosecuting legal malpractice cases for over 25 years in California. He is a State Bar certified legal malpractice specialist. Together, we are the preeminent plaintiff's legal malpractice firm in San Diego. If you think your lawyer made a mistake, there was a conflict of interest, or a dispute over money you should call us to learn about your rights. We only consider legal malpractice cases with more than $250,000 in damages due to the high cost and time consumption of these cases.
