    Yacht purchasers alleged fraud in connection with the sale of a vessel and sued the yacht brokers. Plaintiffs sought over $100,000 in damages including punitive damages. After taking the case over from a prior firm, we obtained a dismissal of the action as against all defendants with the Plaintiffs agreeing to pay the defendants' costs of suit. Defendants paid nothing to Plaintiffs.

    Plaintiff alleged he invested money into a start up corporation and was defrauded into doing so. He filed suit, claiming damages of over $1,000,000. This case was taken on by our firm after prior counsel abandoned the case. We obtained a complete dismissal of the case without defendants paying any sum of money whatsoever to the Plaintiff.

Our confidential settlement obtained 100% of the plaintiff's investment on the first transaction in cash, and a creative settlement package on the second transaction that was nearly equal in value to the second transaction.

    Description:
    Plaintiff left his employment over a dispute on commission and wages. The defendant employer refused to pay him past wages and accrued vacation time, which he estimated to be a bit more than $13,000. After pre-litigation settlement talks proved unsuccessful, we filed suit. The employer eventually settled the case for $23,000 nearly twice what the employee believed he was owed.
