Since Co-Founding the firm in 2007, Mr. Pabst has led the growth and expansion of the firm into a successful boutique practice in the greater San Diego area.Mr. Pabst is a trial attorney by trade, including negotiations, arbitration, and mediation, of State, Federal and Administrative actions.
Mr. Pabst received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI in 1996.Mr. Pabst then moved on to a successful career in the mortgage servicing industry, acting as the Foreclosure Manager for one of the Nation’s largest sub-prime servicing providers, successfully managing and improving on foreclosure timelines in both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure reconveyance actions.Mr. Pabst also successfully managed the Eviction Department of a Pennsylvania Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac designated law firm. After a career in the mortgage servicing industry, Mr. Pabst went on to Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, DE where he earned a Juris Doctor degree.
Mr. Pabst has also served with two offices of the Public Defender and spent nearly two years with a prominent local civil litigation firm.Mr. Pabst is currently licensed to practice law before all of the Courts of the State of California, the United States Federal District Court for the Southern & Central Districts of California.
