  • I filed for work comp in CA. The adjuster said it would Take 2 or 3 months for them to review my case. Can I get $ for car repo?

    Are you still working? Are you physically capable of working. If you are out of work you can apply for Unemployment or State Disability. Most importantly have a free consultation with a Workers Compensation attorney.

    Filing worker's compensation few months ago and still under medical treatments right now. Unfortunately I was terminated by the employer recently. Can I apply for State Disability Insurance as well as Umemployment Insurance?

    If you are physically capable of working apply for UI. If you have a Dr. who says you are not capable of working then apply for California State Disability. Best of luck.

    First thing you need to do is contact a workers compensation attorney. If your case is been denied you are in for a fight and you need an attorney who understands the system and knows who to send you to for medical treatment while you try and get your case accepted.
