Steve helped us with an eviction process. He was very responsive to our specific needs and was always ready and available to answer our questions. He appeared in court during a motion and sucessfully won the argument in our favor. Steve began helping us in the middle of the case and was absolutely fair on his fees. He talked to us and told us when was necessary for him to be in court and when it would be a waste of money. I think that was one of the specifics which impressed me the most about Steve. He was HONEST!! I hope I never have to endure another eviction process, but if I do, I will definitily keep Steve in mind and will recommend his services to other landlords and friends
