Shanna Elizabeth Welsh

also known as Shanna Welsh-Levin, Shanna Levin

About me

I intended to be a musician, but my college professor and saxophone instructor, Dr. Nathan Davis at the University of Pittsburgh, knew me well.  When I became disappointed with the opportunities and outlook during my senior year of college, he suggested that I attend law school.  This was the best advice that I have ever received.  The practice of law does not appeal to everyone, and it is not suited for every personality, but it suits me and I enjoy my law practice.  I am also thankful to be able to focus exclusively on real estate law.  I love having a dual profession, and working with other real estate professionals.

In 2015, I became a mom, and this role also suits me well.  I love being a mom.  Now that I have a child, I realize that my law office was like my first "child".   I would say that I have an enjoyable and well-rounded life.
