My practice is dedicated to Internet Law, Internet (Performance) Marketing, eCommerce (domestic/ international), and Regulatory Compliance, including issues pertaining to affiliate marketing, privacy and data security, telecommunications, online defamation, spam lawsuits, unfair trade practices, trademark and copyright issues, and other Internet and technology-related legal and business matters. My experience includes litigating Internet and technology-related issues in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Additional complex commercial, corporate and civil litigation experience in a broad range of legal areas. Draft/review/negotiate advertising, affiliate, data, IP, and other business contracts, prosecution and defense of issues regarding breach of contract, delinquent account collections, as well as other business related issues.
Currently serve on the E-Commerce and Privacy Subcommittee of the State Bar of California and contribute to the Cyberspace Law Committee of the State Bar of California. Member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (a section of the American Bar Association).
