Randall Richard Walton

Randy was born and raised in Southern California. His law practice is focused primarily on the representation of individuals and families who have been impacted by serious personal injuries or wrongful death. He also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to the prosecution of nursing homes, residential care facilities, and assisted living facilities, including home health care, in cases involving the abuse and neglect of seniors and dependent adults.

Community involvement has always been important to Randy. He was recently elected to the governing board of San Marcos Unified School District.  He is also a founding board member of the Valley of Discovery Education Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting local high schools raise money to supplement on-campus programs.  Randy is also active in youth baseball, where he sits on the board of his local league, and, most importantly, is coaches his sons' teams.
