Rafael Castellanos is well spoken, honest, and very intelligent. He is reliable, resourceful and a pleasure to serve on a Board with. I trust Rafael. He genuinely cares about his colleagues and is passionate about his work. He is dedicated to doing service for the community, strives for a better society and lives to always improve who he is through continued education, physical fitness and ensuring his family and friends are safe and well. There are few people like him; it would be a shame to not invest in a call or a visit to his office. He is a good man to know.
