About Me 

Patricia M. Alleborn obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo. She later graduated with a Juris Doctor from University of San Diego, School of Law. During law school, she focused her courses on trial advocacy and worked as a graduate law clerk for the San Diego County Primary Public Defenders where she obtained motion and trial experience.

 

Following her admission to the bar, Ms. Alleborn launched a criminal defense practice in San Diego where she defended those accused of state felony and misdemeanor crimes in the County of San Diego, Superior Court. In addition to building her own criminal defense practice, Ms. Alleborn was also an Administrative Hearing Officer in San Diego. As a Hearing Officer, Ms. Alleborn adjudicated San Diego Municipal Code enforcement actions and issued written decisions that were binding on the City.

 

Today, Patricia M. Alleborn is a licensed attorney by the California State Bar who is a civil litigation attorney and advocate. Ms. Alleborn has focused her legal career on advocating on behalf of her clients. She handles general civil litigation, tort liability, and municipal matters as an associate at Wesierski and Zurek, LLP. She is licensed to practice before all the courts of the state of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court, Southern District of California
