TSA arrested and battered a Mormon grandmother who was taking authorized applesauce on board for her elderly mother. Mary Prevost case onto the case and won a dismissal after years of wrangling.
San Diego City Attorney Jan Goldsmith authorized his staff to try to publish the name of a sexual assault victim represented by Mary Prevost. Prevost settled the case for $795,000.
Mary Prevost won a $450,000 settlement against Chula Vista officer Moises Rodriguez.  It was learned after the settlement that he struck again.  Citizens of Chula Vista protested, and he was finally terminated.
Mary Prevost's client was attacked by security guards at Qualcomm Stadium when he flipped off Cursing Charger's fans. She won the trial and then won a judicial finding that her client was innocent. Here's the story.
