James Gauss Ehlers

Jim Ehlers’ practice involves construction litigation, mediation and arbitration representing general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, owners, developers and public agencies on private, state, local and federal works of improvement. He has substantial experience in government contracts. He is both mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and is a member of the San Diego Superior Court Panel of Mediators.
