Dan is an excellent lawyer. He is efficient and fair. Dan is very knowledgeable in securities matters and unraveling fraud cases. I am personally aware of several cases in which he has obtained excellent results for clients. I wholeheartedly endorse Dan Carlson for any investor who believes he has been a victim of fraud or mistreatment by a broker-dealer.
