Mr. Saxon is an Attorney in the San Diego office of Gordon & Rees where he works on a variety of complex business litigation matters focusing on Employment, Environmental & Climate Change law and regulation.
He has significant experience in litigating matters involving hazardous substances laws (e.g., CERCLA), NEPA, CEQA, the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, Proposition 65, Occupational Safety and Health laws, and common law toxic tort actions.
Mr. Saxon also has been involved in matters relating to Title VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act, the ADA, the ADEA, the Equal Pay Act, the Hill-Burton Act, and HIPPA.
