I am a California licensed attorney and Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law who is currently working in China. I have had the pleasure of working and studying abroad in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Central America. This broad-based international exposure provides me with a global perspective when advising clients on complex legal issues. My practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation and dispute resolution.
In my current role I have been given responsibilities that few second-year associates can match, having taken the lead in drafting briefs in federal and state courts, conducting a complex international arbitration, and managing a multi-million dollar cross-border breach of contract action. Prior to joining Anderson & Anderson I served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Perry B. Inos of the CNMI Judiciary in Saipan, and the Hon. Jeffrey B. Barton of the San Diego Superior Court. As a result of these experiences I possess a well-rounded understanding of law and motion practice, as well as the ability to thoroughly research the pertinent facts and law, and synthesize my findings into a well-reasoned argument.
