CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE: Mr. Greer has three decades in the construction "trades" and he is a licensed contractor - he has developed four residential projects, responsible for all "phases" from procurement, finance, design, specifications, letting subcontracts, construction management, sales collaboration, and warranty work.
