Don Costello has over 35 years of experience in successfully handling litigation and trial of complex cases in California trial courts, courts of appeal and the California Supreme Court, including: catastrophic injury and death cases, medical and hospital malpractice, trucking accidents and complex business litigation. His cases have been reported in numerous California and national publications, including the National Law Journal, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. He has been interviewed on local and national television, written and lectured on legal topics and has taught trial practice skills to attorneys from throughout the United States at the Hastings College of Advocacy in San Francisco.
Mr. Costello is a Life Member (and Founder) of the MILLION DOLLAR ADVOCATES FORUM, one of the most presitigious groups of trial attorneys in America, membership in which is limited to trial attorneys throughout the United States who have won million and multi-million dollar cases. Established in 1993, the organization has over 4000 members. He is also a Life Member of the MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR ADVOCATES FORUM, established in 2007.
