I recommend Attorney Stan Prowse based on my recent need for legal advice concerning a work place matter. He is highly experienced, ethical, and is able to quickly focus on the relevant information pertinent to the situation. I was very impressed by his sound practical judgment and would use his services again and recommend him to all my family and friends.
I sought Mr. Prowse's help with a complicated real estate deal. I found him unable to provide detailed help and on some simple issues he seemed terminally confused. He kept asking the same question repeatedly and even had to call me after I left for further clarification. He was of so little help I needed to find another attorney. What a difference. The new guy asked lots of great questions and provided exactly the information I sought. I completely wasted my money on Mr. Prowse. To make matters worse, his office tried to bill me twice, and for twice the amount we had agreed on.
Terrible attorney. I can reiterate and verify Stan Prowse billing methods as expressed in an earlier post here by another client. .I had a matter quoted as $2500 maximum that ended up costing me $25,000 in a three week period and was actually went to court in the wrong venue. Stan Prowse actually gave emails I sent him to an outside source having nothing to do with the case. Attorney client privilege? That documented fact speaks volumes for the true character and lack of professionalism by Stan Prowse. Run.
Mr. Prowse has served brilliantly, a true scholar and a gentleman not to mention what a fantastic lawyer he is. I would recommend him to my closet friends in time of need
If need be, I will be a returning client

We have used the Law Office of Stan Prowse for professional legal assistance with our corporate business. We have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and precise in their legal advise and actions.
Stationeries, taking calls, reading e-mails, writing e-mails, taking phone calls from other parties, photocopies, discussing billing questions, transferring of case to another staff member, etc. Anything and everything that required human activity was billed to me. I engaged them for a partition of a property co-owned with my aunt Annie Yeo (Carlsbad/San Marcos, CA). The amount sought was $16k. The legal cost was $16k. In short, my net return was zero. Prowse charged nearly $400/hour for his services. He billed 6 minutes for reading an e-mail, costing $40. Multiply that by number of e-mails over the 10 months my case lasted. That alone is enough to not recommend him or his office. You can find other attorneys that can provide quality service at lower costs.
