  • Do I lose the rights to spousal support if I leave the home

If a woman leaves her home does she lose her rights for spousal support ... She left with her kids . She also moved in with the man she was being unfaithful with to her husband . She asked her husband to pay for the down payment she need to move ...

    Myra’s Answer

I agree with Ms. Jones. The move does not stop the right to spousal support but moving in with a boyfriend creates a potential for reduced need.
