Attorney George Delaflor is a very good lawyer. I have recommended him to my family members and close friends and they also agree that George is very competent. I would not hesitate in employing George again should the need arise.

For the past nine years I was employed as a VP of Sales for a 21 billion dollar, global organization. In what was called a “reorganization” I was terminated and given a small severance package. The severance documentation suggested I consult an attorney to review prior to signing. I was reluctant to do so . . . pay checks were soon going to stop and I did not need to add an attorney to my list of obligations. I called a few lawyers in San Diego discussed my case and was recommended to George de la Flor.
I met with George and in the first meeting immediately found he was more than an employment attorney. He listened. He offered counseling. He calmed me down. And while I went out to look for future employment, George represented me against a very large and well paid legal department. In the end, I was awarded a much “enhanced” exit package. George then went on to insure I was paid for outstanding commission owed.
The decision to hire, not just any attorney but, George de la Flor was the single best career decision I made. I am back to work and George is reviewing my NEW non- compete language. I highly recommend the services of this office.
