    Represented the plaintiffs, a husband and wife who purchased a vehicle from an automobile dealership. Their transaction was assigned to JP Morgan Chase Bank, to whom they had been making payments for months. After their purchase, they discovered that the vehicle's title was not clear and could not be transferred to them per the terms of the contract and the promises which had been made to them. The dealership in the case also failed to itemize the plaintiffs deferred down payment. The case was decided via binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association. Result: The arbitrator ruled in plaintiffs' favor ordering rescission and restitution for their automobile contract. .... The arbitration also ordered JP Morgan Chase Bank to pay for the costs associated with the arbitration and for plaintiff's attorneys fees of $35,000.00.
