In addition to Ms. Lin's admission to the State Bar of California, she is also admitted to practice in the Bar of Central District of California.
In 2013, Ms. Lin started her own Covina-based law firm with a focus on personal injury cases operating on contingency fee basis. Her practice areas include, but not limited to, the following: auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, dog bites, wrongful deaths, premises liability. In addition to personal injury law, Ms. Lin is also knowledgeable in family and immigration laws.
Prior to starting her own practice, she worked as a judicial law clerk to Federal Magistrate Judge Peter C. Lewis. She received a distinguished service award upon completion of her clerkship.
Ms. Lin graduated from California Western School of Law in 2011. She received her undergraduate degrees from University of California-Los Angeles where she majored in Economics/International Area Studies and minored in Asian American Studies and French.
Ms. Lin is an active leader in the Asian American community. In her spare time, she engages in Taiwanese American Professional and Asian Professional Exchange events.
Ms. Lin is a 3rd Dan black belt in Taekwondo and she plays the violin.
