Since Brown & Lipinsky, LLP's inception in 2000, Daren H. Lipinsky has successfully represented employees in all areas of employment litigation, including cases involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and medical leave issues. His aggressive and dedicated approach to the litigation process and the rights of employees has resulted in numerous successes against some of the nation's largest employers, making him one of the most accomplished employment law attorneys in the Inland Empire.


Mr. Lipinsky has the distinction of being 5.0 out of 5.0 AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Mr. Lipinsky has also been honored on multiple occasions by Super Lawyers magazine in the practice area of "Employee Litigation- Plaintiff''s."


Mr. Lipinsky is a member of the Board of Directors of the Inland Empire chapter of the Consumer Attorneys of California, and is also a member of the University of La Verne Department of Legal Studies Advisory Board. In addition, Mr. Lipinsky is a member of several bar organizations, including the California Employment Lawyers Association, the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, the Western San Bernardino Bar Association, the Consumer Attorney of Los Angeles, and the American Association for Justice.
