As insurance and benefits agents, we are trusted advisors managing our clients’ risk. When they come to us with questions about issues such as disciplinary actions, post-termination lawsuits, retaliation lawsuits, sexual harassment claims, and wage-and-hour disputes we are quick to refer Sue Bendavid.
