Summary: Immigration lawyer for close to 30 years representing businesses and individuals to secure temporary and permanent immigration status based on employment and family relationships.

Active in professional organizations, currently, as member of the Executive Committee for the Los Angeles County Bar Immigration, serves as Liaison to California Service Center, Citizenship and Immigration Services (one of four regional centers across the U.S. which earns $50 million in revenues monthly).

Goal: To educate the employer community regarding increasing criminal exposure for hiring undocumented workers. Advice, strategy, policy making and immigration processing for business clients to have a 100% authorized workforce, and to avoid white collar criminal prosecution against business owners, executives and managers for hiring undocumented workers. Fines as high as nearly $1 million dollars per undocumented alien and jail time.
