I was very fortunate to have found Ms. Marsh to assist me in restructuring my jewelry business. She was kind enough to spend time with me on the phone. About a month after our initial conversation, I retained her to restructure my business and her fees were very reasonable. She is professional, responsive and a straight shooter- she will tell you how it is, the good and the bad, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Melissa Marsh for all business legal matters.

She does a lot of transactional work. But also great for advice on litigation. She graduated 3rd in her class from Loyola. This is the best inside counsel you could ever hope to have.
