My husband and I had to apply for adjustment of status. Prior to visiting with Mr. Kramer we met five other immigration attorneys. Mr. Kramer was by far the most trustworthy and affordable of all of them. We had a great experience. He kept it simple and after only a few month I was approved for permanent residency. He even saw us after hours as my husband is full time employed and I was not mobile yet. We suggest Mr.Kramer to everybody who needs immigration services.

Personally, I came to the US as a student on a J-1 visa that carries a strict requirement of a 2-yr residency in your country of origin before you become eligible to apply for Green Card. On the first thought, I decided to apply for a waiver. Although, I have successfully obtained a waiver of the 2-yr home residency requirement from my home country in Africa, my application was denied anyway.

I contacted three different attorneys for advice but they were unanimous in their advice to return to my country – they would tell me “James, your case is a difficult one that would cost you a lot of money in fees etc but we cannot even assure you that you will get the Green Card in the end”. Sounds familiar? Yes. Just then a friend who was very satisfied with the supports he got from David to get his Green card gave me the contact details of David Kramer Law.

I am happy I did make that “one call” and Guess what, He got the job done! David has successfully obtained the Green Card for me and my family.
Most importantly, David was able to secure a waiver of the 2-yr residency for one of my daughters who was unable to fulfill the home residency requirement at the time of the interview. He took only two months to get my daughter out of this requirement to the delight of the family.

Even when the poor girl was about to age-out of the application process before the scheduled interview date for the family, David was able to contact the Consulate in my home country, directly, to expedite action on the application. Consequently, we got interviewed earlier than scheduled.
I will strongly recommend Mr Kramer to applicants going through difficult Immigration –related issues. His services are outstanding!

i was 21 and almost aged out to qualify as a dependent on my families immigration status. i had to fulfill 2 years home residency out of the US but with the help of David Kramer, i got a waiver of the home residency. within 3 weeks of the application my waiver was expedited so i could still be eligible as a dependent. within a week after the notice, my whole family got an interview thanks to David with his expertise. and my waiver was approved a day before the interview. in the real situation, it takes 4 months to be approved but with the help and hard work of David Kramer, mine took a month. right now my family and i have our visas and i came back to the US and i have my permanent residency thanks to David who updated me step by step during the process. with his good work, i can finally pursue my degree in pharmacy. he is the best immigration lawyer there is.

We have obtained our American citizenship in 2012, but the handling of Mr. David Kramer and his office staff of our Green-Card started as early as 1998. As research scientists unfamiliar with the world of immigration and immigrations laws, but quite familiar with performances of other lawyers in our field of expertise, we wish to highlight the outstanding professional law services provided by Mr. Kramer for both our Green-Card and Naturalization applications during this lengthy period. Mr. Kramer patiently answered our endless email questions, always on due time and in most of the cases almost immediately, never complained about our apparent ignorance of regulations, and guided us calmly throughout these stressful processes for every non-American trying to make it. He filled and filed properly all the related documents as requested by the immigration services and even advised us what additional documents we need to prepare in case of “difficulties” during the lengthy process, a situation that fortunately, had never happened to us. The prices quoted before each service Mr. Kramer provided had never changed nor increased regardless of the time that was involved.
