This lawyer caused me so many problems. I hired him because he represents himself as a medical malpractice and legal malpractice attorney. I came to him with a medical malpractice case which was about to be dismissed after my first attorney was not working on it. I managed to get an extension on the medical malpractice case and gave him this case + my catastrophic auto accident case and discussed with him the potential for a legal malpractice case if my medical malpractice case gets dismissed. David Drexler presented himself as an extremely arrogant person who behaves flamboyantly. I felt intimidated in his presence especially the first time I met him when I brought him my auto accident case which had a $300,000 insurance policy offer. He didn't have to do anything to get a portion of that money, so I wanted to discuss with him reducing his retainer fee but he would not do that, nor discuss other fee agreement options - very "out for himself" attorney.
During his representation, David Drexler sends the defendants forms interrogatories. Unbeknownst to me, defendants had sent back objections and NOT answered any of the questions. David Drexler was required to file "motions to compel"answers within 45 days. But he failed to do so. Then while I was having surgery outside of the country on my spine, out of nowhere he emails me a motion to withdraw from my case for no reason whatsoever.
When I return from being hospitalized and trying to recover under severe distress, I tried phoning him, but his only reason from withdrawing from me was that he said, "something about you just makes me feel squirmy" so I responded with, "have you sought psychological help for this problem". Then he had the audacity to try to force me to sign the $300,000 settlement without taking my case to trial or doing anymore procedural actions - just so he could get his 40% attorney fee before abandoning me. So greedy. I am disgusted that David Drexler outrightly insulted me while I'm suffering from a catastrophic car accident which broke my neck and having multiple revision spine fusion surgeries.
Now it is evident to me that he withdrew from my case because he knew he deviated from standard legal representation and care. Also the medical malpractice case that he was supposed to represent me on got dismissed right after he abandoned me. It is evident to me that he knew that my case was in an emergency and he didn't want to be responsible for it, so he abandons me and leaves my case in worse shape than when I first came to him.
This was all happening to me while david drexler was focusing all his energy on suing the Los Angeles police department for a convict parolee who had held a rifle up to the LAPD and got shot in the leg. When he won that case his whole website was advertising himself as a "wrongful police shooting" attorney! My case wasn't being worked on competently because David Drexler was focusing all his energy on this LAPD case instead of mine. Anyone reading this looking for an attorney – be extremely, extremely cautious of who you hire as an attorney. Just because they advertise and represent themselves as the best does not mean they are, nor that they are good.

I was referred by a friend regarding a landlord issue. They were professional and convinced me that they cared about me and my case. They acted swiftly and brought the entire stressful experience to a quick end. I should say that I never did interact directly with David Drexler himself. I mostly dealt with Jonathan who is David's son and the other staff in the firm. Their office seems crazy busy but you wouldn't have known it by how they treated me. even though my case was small compared to the types of cases they are known for.

They look big on their website but they are actually a very small firm. I'd say less than ten people. 3 or 4 lawyers and the rest support staff. I hired this firm after Googling them for a legal malpractice case. My first attorney totally screwed up bike accident case by being negligent. If anyone is ever concerned that lawyers won't completely and totally go after another lawyer, forget about that. Drexler and his people went after my lawyer mercilessly and took it to trial. It took three years and it was worth the wait. Because of the long period, there were times when I had to call in to check in. They assured me that they didn't "forget about me" and they didn't. I had a 5 star experience with this firm and you probably will too.

Never had a chance to hire the lawyer. Was rushed off the phone when I attempted to cite the issues with my case and the reasons I was interested in hiring this lawyer. The 'intake' person looked up my case # and saw that I lost and pretty much told me I would have a hard time finding any lawyer that would take it for free. Even after I told him I wasn't interested in the firm taking it for free that I was trying to hire an attorney, he said he had to go. WOW!! Why bother to have your # listed for free consultation if you never listen to the 'prospective' client explain a very complicated case. I was on the phone less than a minute! Consultation should not be less than a minute.

Powerfully capable of delivering results in a single letter and throughout a long-term civil, criminal or Federal case. I am a client who has benefited from the expertise, attention to detail, and breadth of experience that Mr. Drexler effectively wields to protect and serve the clients who are fortunate enough to find him. If you've reached this web page, you've come to the right place. Engage Mr. Drexler and you will be well cared-for.

David Glided through my injury case with excellent communication. I felt the insurance company's attorney quaking in fear during the trial. He finished my case quickly and recovered a fair reward for me and my family.

David Drexler is currently my attorney. I have had experience with other attorneys in the past and I have been beyond impressed with his work ethic, his dedication to my case, and how he actually seems to have a conscience. He really does seem to care about his clients and what has happened to them..

It is virtually impossible to get through to Mr. Drexler, or to get anyone from his office toreturn calls. They are extremely rude, and flat out told me they were busy with bigger cases where more money was at stake. That's fine, I understand they have to make money, but it shouldn't take four weeks for someone to retuen my phone calls.
