About me

The defense and prosecution of claims and lawsuits is a major part of my practice. If you have a claim you wish to pursue, or one is made against you, or you have been served with a lawsuit – I want to help. In 39 years, I have favorably resolved thousands of cases. My experience includes a substantial variety of claims and proceedings in both federal and state courts, including bankruptcy and probate. It allows me to render effective representation for an affordable fee.

If you are an individual, including a professional, or engaged in a business -- chances are I have the experience your matter requires. The best way to find out is to give me a call.

I practice law differently than many of my colleagues. I aim to make engagement and representation possible over the internet from wherever you are; hence my tagline: Virtual Lawyer – "Representation Made Easy.” And, unlike most lawyers, I make promises to my clients.

Please consult the My Practice, Virtual Lawyer, Technology, and FAQs pages to learn more my practice. If you have been served with a lawsuit consult the FAQ here. My litigation practice is generally confined to state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, although I occasionally represent clients before courts located in Orange, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. You are invited to scroll or search my Home page for issues and cases that have interested me.
