I had my court appearance the other day and found out that my DUI had been rejected by the DA's office due to lack of evidence. I was given a roadside breathalyzer where I blew a .081 and at the station I blew only a .06. The DA's office told me...
Extremely unlikely to ever be filed. Its the number at the station (not in the field) that really counts. .06 will very rarely, if ever, result in a DUI filing.See question
My boyfriend has been using his older brothers social security number for about 9 months for work under his consent because he is and illegal alien but has been here since he was a baby and his sister filed for him to get his green card over 10 ye...
Using someone's identification can be charged as a felony and possibly result in jail and/or prison time. However, if you're boyfriend does not have a criminal record and was only using the card for purposes of getting employment it is likely to be treated much less seriously than that. I would think jail time under these circumstances to be very unlikely. A lawyer may even be able to prevent charges from being filed at all.See question
Hi, I got a DUI in FLA in 2005 and one in WI in 2009 and I have lived in CA since 2006. How many months of DUI classes do I need to attend in CA? And can I do it online?
If this is your 3rd DUI within the last 10 years than you have to do an 18 month alcohol program. It cannot be done online unfortunately. Also, keep in mind a 4th DUI within a 10 year period will most likely be charged as a felony.See question

Very likely the judge granted the Romero because you had agreed to the plea deal.See question
she do ? she was sentenced may 19 an her projected release date is jan 1 . an what do they mean by projected release date
She will very likely get released prior to Jan. 1 release date. Female inmates can do as little as 10%-15% of their jail time at Lynwood. She may do more than this due to the charge involving violence, however, she still will probably be released early.See question
