    He was great and very knowledgeable. Frank is great with people and has sense of humor. He helped me a lot and helped my family with my case.

    Did not bill until after judgement. Would not discuss bill only threatens to sue clients. Had to get the bar and fee arbitration involved. Make sure you get montly bills from him as he over bills but does not keep the client informed of financial costs. Makes verbal statments then does not honro them. Get everything in writing and keep on top of him to ensure proper billing.
