    • I recommend Thomas Simpson.

Tom Simpson and his office of attorneys and support staff did a great job handing my divorce case. When a contentious issue came up, they were available to calm my fears and talk me through it. Sometimes you have to do a cost-benefit analysis, and sometimes it's not worth fighting every fight. I saved a lot of money focusing on what mattered, instead of smaller issues that made me crazy. It was comforting to know that Tom would give it to me straight and help me make the right choices in moving through my case.
I think Tom and his attorneys would be great for any case, small, medium or large. They've got the experience and knowledge to go up against anybody. This really makes the difference when negotiations get tense. They settled my case and helped me move on with my life. I can't thank them enough!

    Integrity in Spades!!

Integrity is the quality that stands out most for me when I think of my experience with Tom Simpson. Tom and his associates, as well as his support staff, displayed the utmost professionalism and care throughout my divorce. Tom displayed impeccable honesty whether it was in good news or bad news he may have needed to communicate. Tom never overpromised a potential outcome, and always gave me the reality of every possible outcome, both positive and negative. In my particular legal situation, Tom thwarted each and every attempt by opposing counsel for a litany of legal gyrations. Tom prevailed on my behalf in each and every situation.

Tom’s demeanor is warm, kind, reassuring, confident, and wise. These attributes became so helpful and welcomed during many of the highly emotional moments during this process. In addition, Tom always kept uppermost in his thoughts the welfare of my daughter. In every conversation and meeting, he first asked about my daughter.

Lastly, but certainly not least, Tom was always cognizant of expenses and made great effort to keep them at a minimum. I never felt taken advantage of or felt he took frivolous legal actions for his own financial benefit. This is a unique attribute in the legal world!!

I would, without hesitation, recommend Tom to anyone!

I retained this attorney to represent me in a litigated divorce and custody battle. The divorce went on for 2 years and I incurred astronomical attorney fees due to unnecessary and unauthorized emergency hearings without informing the client. Mr. Simpson did not assist me in settling this matter and was not looking out for the best interests of my family. Furthermore, Mr. Simpson withheld client funds in a trust and would not release them to me to operate my business and provide for my family. The matter only settled when Simpson depleted ALL of my assets and there was nothing left to pay him with. Once the funds were depleted, Simpson told me to take my case in pro per and left me without an attorney. Mr. Simpson double billed without cause and would not negotiate even a slight adjustment to my bill. After promising to personally handle my case, Mr. Simpson turned it over to his associate attorney.
