I highly recommend Daniela Romero S an attorney. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and went the extra mile to insure my case was filed correctly. Daniela Romero is a true professional. Daniela helped me get through my bankruptcy process. I was very nervous and unsure of what to do. Daniela was very very thorough and really cared about me. I honestly do not have enough good things to say about Daniela and her staff. Daniela was very clear from the beginning about the process and fees (More Than Reasonable). A very knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming staff. Everyone showed the best side of their professional demeanor; from attire to the knowledge of the particular case. Daniela is also great about getting back to you right away to answer all the questions that come up throughout the process. I do not wish to furnish my name as this is a personal matter but I do want to thank you Daniela for all your honesty, warmth, and hard work.

Very professional!!! Her fees are a little more than others but you get what you pay for. She worked with me on paying her fees and when we were ready to file Daniela was up until 1 in the morning preparing documents.. At the hearing there were so many cases that were delayed for a month because of poor preparation by the attorneys and the trustee was very upset. I was the last person he interviewed and he thanked Daniela for having her documents in order. He even joked with me about having yankee collectibles at my house. My case was accepted within 24 hours and discharged in a little over 4 months. Her assistant sent me information on process regarding credit reports and how to file objections to the info. from creditors. Once the case was closed i still had questions and Daniela did not hesitate to answer them. I could not have received more professional service

We were referred to Daniela by a family member, who had nothing but amazing things to say about her. We called and told her about our situation, and as stressed and frustrated as we were, we were very quickly put at ease simply by her warm personality and the smile she greeted us with. That was just the beginning. Her knowledge and quick action just reassured our feelings of making the right choice. We had a very bad experience with another attorney a few years back and were a little worried, but Daniela made all that go away. Ms. Romero was excellent as my attorney in chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was scared to death, but she walked me thru the whole process, and was with me in court. Her prices were great. When the case was settled I gave her a hug in the elevator. Shes the best. She was the God send I was praying for.

Couln't ask for a better attorney or person to deal with. I went in to this at the last possible minute with no time to prepare, hours from losing my house and having no clue what Bankruptcy was all about it. I was so frustrated and angry I wanted to cut my wrists and pour vinegar on them. Ms. Romero was nothing but patient, thorough, took my calls at any hour, acted as even a therapist to calm my craziness. She responded to emails super fast and put up with me the entire way. We have now got my plan to exactly where I need it and now I can make my way through this thing.
