About Me

Ramit Mizrahi works tirelessly to protect workers who have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has a special interest in cases involving disability accommodations as well as those involving disability, pregnancy, and family leave laws.

Prior to forming her own firm, Ms. Mizrahi was an associate at Allred, Maroko & Goldberg, where she handled cases from intake to completion. There, she obtained numerous results in the six and seven figures. Ms. Mizrahi clerked for the Honorable Richard Paez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before that, she practiced at a plaintiff-side employment and labor law firm in San Francisco, where she was involved in litigating discrimination and civil rights cases.
