About Me

Danton’s reputation is built on his unparalleled ability to bring his extensive knowledge of intellectual property law and chemical engineering to a focused and intense commitment to secure business results. Whether you need to secure protection for intellectual property, avoid infringement claims or implement a business plan, Danton is an ideal addition to your executive team.

Starting as a water treatment engineer for Nalco Chemical Company in Illinois, Dalton later added to his chemical engineering credentials work with refineries, petrochemical plants, steel mills, power stations and coal processing plants. Additionally, Danton led marketing and management teams as the head of a steel trading and construction contracting company in Hong Kong before becoming a lawyer.

Born and raised in Hong Kong and later moving to Taiwan and the People’s Republic of China, Danton is recognized as one of the foremost Chinese-speaking patent attorneys in the U.S.

In his free time, Danton enjoys bike rides with his children.

I enthusiastically endorse Danton. Danton and I have worked on several matters together. Danton is one of the smartest lawyers I have met. He is solid on the legal side, and so practical regarding the business issues, which as a corporate lawyer I am uniquely qualified to recognize. I have enormous respect for what Danton brings to any business issue or conflict in which intellectual property is involved.
