Two years ago, I made a mistake which I will regret for the rest of my life. I was arrested by the famous police department (LAPD) and ended up in criminal court. I was afraid of losing my professional license. I started searching on Avvo. The first administrative lawyer I called took 3 days of research to answer my questions. He didn't impress me at all, he scared me. I was terrified by the situation. I spent seven months of sleepless nights. My blood pressure was high. Luckily, I found Attorney McCall on avvo and called her. During our phone conversation she was understanding , supportive and sharp. I decided to meet her in person. After reviewing my case, she explained the law , advised me and gave me a powerful letter to send to the Board at the time of my license renewal. As a result, I just renewed my license with no citation, no reprimand. I highly recommend Attorney McCall to anyone who has problems with his or her professional license. She is the best. May God bless her, grant her success and longevity.
I read her comments and knowledge regarding denial of licensure for moral turpitude charges, currently in the process of applying for the BBS licensure and I been feeling so hopeless about my future until I read her comments that for over 10 years moral turpitude has not been a major factor for dismissal! I have her information ready if I need her in the future! Let's hope not! Praying
I paid Christine McCall around $2,000 for her to review my BRN denial and case information with only the promise of her opinion and consultation. I had heard good things about her previously so I trusted that spending the money would be well worth it. She told me repetitively that she believed I could have positive results from an appeal due to the circumstances of my dismissed charges. I sent her all of my paperwork and she was continuing to say the same until I drove to LA to meet with her in her office.
When I met with her she proceeded to tell me for 2-3 hours how many flaws were in my case and how there was no virtually no chance that if I appealed my denial I would be getting a license. She even told me not to reapply for 1.5-2 years and that if another state would allow me to have a license to move. During our meeting her partner was even arguing some of the negative comments she made about the fact that I couldn't get a license in California. At the end of our meeting her opinion was to not appeal, attend counseling weekly, volunteer, and move. I left her office crying.
I am fully aware that Christine's consultation was purely an opinion. And I should not have paid someone an absurd amount of money to review my documents because other lawyers would review them for FREE. After our meeting I called the BRN and was told that they had dealt with a million cases like mine in their career and highly doubted that I would not receive a license. She even told me that she had wished I spoke with her before I paid Christine nearly 2 grand.
To this point, every other lawyer I had talked to believed that I had a good chance of obtaining a license. I ended up hiring a lawyer who had never worked on a case like this in his life and was issued a license within 7 months of my appeal.
I am aware that others have had positive outcomes by working with Christine. I just wanted to share this experience with anyone who is planning on paying an outrageous amount of money for a consultation.

I was looking for a licensing lawyer and went through several websites. I have chosen to hire Christine and it was an excellent choice.
She is very professional (no BS), did not promised the miracles and, very important for me, she is a compassionate woman.
Thank you Christine, it was a pleasure to work with you.
Christine was a true expert in the information I needed and even though she was not in my area and not able to represent me she provided me with all the knowledge I needed to move forward and likely achieve what I need too. Thanks very Much Christine.
I had informally consulted Christine on some work-related matters. She has uncanny ability to grasp
even the most complex situation and give you solutions in no time. She is five steps ahead of the opposing party/attorney, not one. She donates her time to answer questions on avvo.com. Take my case Christine!
Ms. McCall, Has a wealth of knowledge in this particular area of law that inclues "Professional Licensing" issues, shes more knowledgable than anyone I have enountered. Inaddition if your looking to read, learn and understand Aministrative Law read her publications and blogs, I especially liked her "Blueprint" guide on Licensing, how to find the right attorney. It helped me and I read it a couple times. Then you pray - a lot. Very Sincere thank you for responding to my questions.

This is my first ever experience with an attorney. When you don't have experience in an area, you tend to be cautious. However, just by one phone call conversation and one email communication, I am absolutely certain that Ms McCall is the one I could fully trust, is one of the best in terms of both professional expertise and customer case/emotional support. Thank you Ms. McCall for your sincerely helping people at the best you could (even not your client)!

I have spoken to her a few times over the phone. If you an RN, Please call her. She knows everything about the BRN. She is very genuine and caring. If you are on this website, you may already know how tough the BRN is. Don't risk a licence probation, suspension or revocation. Call her. She can help!

Although I wasn't fortunate enough to have Ms. McCall represent me, she nevertheless took the time to explain and provided advice that has been invaluable. Thank you Ms. McCall for your time. It mattered.
