Worst experience with a profession I have ever had - I am trying to help my 89 year old mother update her trust - no return calls. When I finally reached his receptionist I was told my mother had to come in (and she is not mobile) when I tried to explain this and told her we could use a mobile notary she said she couldn't help me - and hung up on me. When I called back and asked if she hung up on me she said I don't have to take this abuse - what abuse I'm just trying to get help here and she hung up on me!!!! WOW

After a family member passed away, my husband and I met with Oliver to review the Family Trust. He was, without exception, the worst professional we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. From the moment we walked into his deplorable waiting room I had a feeling this meeting would not go well. Sure enough, Oliver was rude throughout the meeting. His answers to our questions were so brief, I'm not sure he even knew what he was talking about. I have already recommended that another family member cancel all contact with Oliver. $150 for 30 minutes of nonsense is a steep price to pay for nothing!

My parents retained his services for a living trust. We could not find a copy in their house. My father died, so I made an appointment to visit his office with my mother, his client. He called me to inquire who the appointment was for (perhaps the last name of your client was a hint?) and rather than letting me explain the situation, he proceeded to grill me with questions, and pepper me with sarcasm. When he was done, he hung up on me. I called his office assistant back to explain that we were canceling because of his rude treatment of me, and then she hung up on me. Lastly, we had to pay $100 to receive a copy of the trust document by mail, which other attorneys have explained is ridiculous. I am so glad that we will never have to deal with this man or his office again.
