I was charged with a DUI with an automobile accident. Mr. Rosinsky came to the accident site with me, and took many pictures. On the very first arraignment, Mr. Rosinsky spoke for a long time with the prosecutor. It was agreed that proof beyond a reasonable doubt would not be able to be proved, So the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the case.
