He will advise you in clear and unambiguous terms. He will guide you through the legal system, taking the burden off of your shoulders. He guarantees that your rights will be upheld and your best interests served.
Mr. Moss gives you personalized service. He designs on individualized approach tailored to meet the specific needs of your case. Whenever possible, Mr. Moss pursues settlements instead of litigation to save time, money and unnecessary stress. I met Robert during the time he was a participant in the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Trial Advocacy Project (TAP). This is a highly acclaimed training program for trial attorneys. During that time, I was a supervising deputy with the Long Beach City Prosecutor's Office. The TAP program assigned Robert to our office, where he handled a number of cases on our trial calendar. Robert was a pleasure to work with and his performance was exemplary and highly professional in every way.
