About me

Rob Morrow is currently of counsel to the law firm Broedlow Lewis, LLP. He has also been a visiting associate professor of law at the Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University, where since 2003 he has taught such courses as Partnership Taxation, S Corporations, Taxation of Business Organizations, Federal Income Tax (JD and LLM), and Closely-Held Businesses. Prior to becoming a visitor at Chapman, Rob was in private practice most of his career, having maintained offices variously in Westwood, Santa Monica, and Newport Beach. In the 1990s, Rob was also general counsel, chief financial officer, and a managing partner at Castling Group, LLC, an Internet venture capital firm, where he helped oversee a $35 million venture fund for such projects as, Barney's of New York, Cambridge Soundworks, and Besides Chapman University, Rob has also taught advance tax courses at Golden Gate University School of Law and Loyola Law School, and for the 2002-03 academic year Rob served as an associate dean for Golden Gate University and as director of its LL.M. tax program in Los Angeles. Rob lives in Anaheim Hills, California, where when he's not busy with school he writes science fiction, plays video games, and makes frequent trips to Disneyland with his two young daughters.
